Android Leader of the world smartphone market
Gartner research institute released the Android's market share rose to 52 percent in the third quarter of 2011 from 25.3 percent in the third quarter of 2010. If smartphone sales associated with the world, this means that almost beat the world smart phone sales have exceeded 60 million units.
The second position is taken that even Symbian dropped from 20 percent in last year to only 16.9 percent this year. The operating system is already predicted to demand plummeted since last year. IOS Apple's market share also declined to just 15 percent, equivalent to sales of 17 million units of smart phones. Whereas last year, Apple is still holding IOS 16.6 percent market share.While Microsoft's mobile operating system only has a market share of 1.5 percent.
