Dubbed as Samsung GALAXY Tab 2 10.1 inch, the tablet is designed to give users great multimedia and entertainment experiences, even if you on the go. Measuring in 256.6 x 175.3 x 9.7 mm  with weight at 588 grams, you can slip the GALAXY Tab 2 10.1 inch into your bag.

To give great multimedia experience, Samsung GALAXY Tab 2 comes with big screen at 10.1 inch WXGA PLS TFT display that can produce maximum resolutions at 1280×800 pixels, so you can enjou 720p video playback on this tablet. It also comes with three sensors, Accelerometer, Digital compass and light sensor plus Lithium Ion 7,000 mAh battery that promises will give enough power to watching videos, playing games or web browsing for several hours on single charge.

Under the hood, Samsung GALAXY Tab 2 10.1 inch tablet will be powered by 1 GHz Dual-Core Processor paired with 1GB of RAM and running on latest Android Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich as the operating system with support new Samsung’s Touchwiz user interface. For storage, new Samsung Android tablet will be available in two models, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 inch 16GB or Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 inch 32GB models. Both of them also support microSD card slot to expand storage capacity up to 32GB, so you can store more videos, music or applications.

Like Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7 inch tablet, you will get full access to Google Mobile Service, such as YouTube, GTalk, eBook, GMail, Google Maps™, Syncing with Google Calendar™, including download more than 400.000 useful apps, widget or games in Android market plus preloaded with several Samsung Mobile apps and service to enhanced your experience, such as Samsung  Samsung Hub (Readers Hub/ Music Hub/ Game Hub/ Video Hub), Samsung Hub Widget, Samsung AllShare Play, Samsung Kies / Samsung Kies air and Samsung ChatON mobile communication service.

Other features are 3 Megapixel rear facing Camera on the back for capture photos and support Full HD @30fps video recording, VGA camera on the front for Video Call, Polaris document edito and support multi range of multimedia formats, such as MPEG4, H.264. H.263, 3GP, ASF, AVI, MP4, WMV, FLV, MKV, WebM video playback and MP3, AAC, AC-3, AMR, FLAC, MID, WMA, WAV, OGG music playback.
In term of conneticity and port, the device equipped with GPS, USB 2.0 Host, Bluetooth technology v 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct support and optional HSPAplus 21Mbps 850/900/1900/2100 networks.
